1. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.


2. How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.


3. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package at any time using that link.


4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.


5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing your order as soon as it's placed, so we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations. However, if you contact us within 12 hours, we’ll do our best to assist.


6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and original condition items. To start a return, please email us at contact@nexttronics.top .


7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at contact@nexttronics.top with photos and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund ASAP.


8. Do you offer exchanges?

At the moment, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order.


9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments.
